3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting a request, signing a proposal, or making a payment, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
4. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Deliver required documentation in a timely manner
- Ensure legality and authenticity of submitted information
The Company is not responsible for delays, refusals, or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or false client information.
5. Pricing & Online Payments
- All prices are indicated in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise
- Payments may be made online via secure third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal
- Certain services require full or partial advance payment
- Invoices are issued in accordance with Portuguese tax legislation
The Company does not store or process full payment card details. All payment transactions are handled directly by the payment service provider in accordance with their security and compliance standards.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Cancellations
- Consulting, advisory, and administrative services are non-refundable once initiated
- Refunds may only be considered if:
- The service has not started, and
- A written cancellation request is submitted
Government fees, third-party costs, and completed work are non-refundable.
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes via Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers without first contacting the Company to attempt resolution.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension, administrative fees, or legal action, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.
7. No Guarantee of Results
The Company provides professional support and consulting services but does not guarantee specific outcomes, approvals, or decisions by public authorities, banks, or third-party institutions.
Delays, refusals, or rejections by such entities are beyond the Company’s control and do not constitute grounds for refunds.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, documents, and designs, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Business Clients vs Consumers
Certain legal protections apply exclusively to private individuals acting outside their professional activity (B2C).
Clients acting in a professional or commercial capacity (B2B) are governed by Portuguese commercial law and the agreed contractual terms.

The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, strikes, or governmental actions.
